Moses Simon is attracting the interest of Tottenham, according to reports

English Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur could make a move for Nigeria winger Moses Simon in the summer, it has been revealed.
Simon currently plays for Gent in the Belgian Jupilar League, and has previously been linked with Spurs, and another Premier League side, Everton.

And he will get a chance to show Tottenham the stuff he is made of when Gent play the English side over two legs in the Europa League in February next year.
Gent will host Spurs in a Round of 16 Europa League on February 16 with the return leg in England a week later.

“Moses has again been linked with Gent, but if this move will go through it will be in the summer and not earlier,” AfricanFootball quoted a source.
“The player himself wants to play in the Premier League and he is very excited that Gent have been drawn against Spurs in the Europa League.
“It will be a big chance for him to show the Premier League club just how good he is.”
Simon has scored three goals this season in 16 appearances, and scored seven goals in 17 appearances following his mid-season transfer as Gent won the Belgian championship last season.

Jules Rimet handed it to Obdulio Varela – albeit in bizarre circumstances – at the Maracana in 1950, and though  La Celeste reached the semi-finals on three occasions thereafter, they have never gone further, losing to Hungary in 1954, Brazil in 1970, and the Netherlands in 2010. Eight teams have shorter odds of winning Russia 2018 than Uruguay, but that does not stop the Atletico Madrid centre-back from dreaming big. “There isn’t a day goes by that I stop thinking about the World Cup,” Godin told  Radio Rincón . “I dream of lifting the Trophy – of course, I do. “We qualified for the World Cup well. The important thing is that no-one gets injured, that everyone is right physically.”Godin believes the secret to Uruguay’s prosperity under Oscar Tabarez – t...
