CARRICK AND FELLAINI TO START? HOW MAN UTD WILL LINE UP AGAINST SWANSEA

The Red Devils need a boost after their latest setback against Fenerbahce, but a number of absentees could force Jose Mourinho's hand.
While Jose Mourinho needs a victory against Swansea on Sunday like never before as Manchester United manager, the Portuguese heads to south Wales with fewer options than at any other time.
He might not have truly nailed down his favoured starting XI since arriving at Old Trafford, but there can be little doubt that in Chris Smalling, Eric Bailly, Ander Herrera and Paul Pogba he is heading into the clash with Bob Bradley's side without four sure-fire starters.
Pogba's injury and Herrera's suspension, handed out following his red card against Burnley, rob Mourinho of what had become his first-choice midfield pairing. However, that could at least be good news for Michael Carrick, who didn't make the trip to Turkey for Thursday's 2-1 defeat to Fenerbahce in preparation for a first Premier League start of the season on Sunday. Marouane Fellaini could be the other man to benefit.
Further up there should be a return to the starting XI for Juan Mata and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, both of whom came off the bench in midweek, while Jesse Lingard will be pushing for the nod after Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial were used out wide against Fenerbahce. Henrikh Mkhitaryan should at least make the bench after his return as a substitute on Thursday.
