5 ways to get a flat tummy

The rate at which a lot of people spend huge sum of money on getting a flat tummy is tremendous. So in this article I will be outlining the easy ways to get a flat tummy and regain that gorgeous look. Enjoy!

1. Drink Up!

Being dehydrated causes the body to hoard water. Which can lead you to carry up to four excess pounds around your midsection.
So try to drink at list 1liter of water in a day.


2. Don't eat 2-3hours before sleep

Your body slows down when you're at sleep, which will prevent the body from digesting the food in your stomach properly. Which means your body may store calories as fat instead of burning them as energy.

3. Avoid fried foods

The fat in fried foods is digested very slowly. Which may make you feel heavy and puffy which will all come down to your midsection.


4. Stay conscious of carbohydrate

Carbohydrates take water to matabolise and too much fluid will make you feel bloated. But that doesn't mean you'll have to barn all carbs from your diet.

5. Do the "Flat Tummy Exercise"

Lay on the floor and hold your hand by your ears rather than behind your neck to prevent a neck strain. Bend your kneels with your feet on the floor. Then lift your shoulder and upper back up and away from the floor with your face pointjng towards the ceiling.
Exhale as you come up as far as you can, hold for a second, then inhale as you return to the position. Repeat 15-25 times.
